Hello BMS, Brian, and Kim,

Hey I just did a ride this Friday and Saturday up in the mountains and had a blast! Bike ran amazing as usual and by the end of the trip, I've managed to rack up 20,400 miles on my 2012 SFS. While I was riding, I got to thinking about my Ducati experience and who has kept me riding this whole time, and without a doubt, 100%, its been Boulder Motorsports. I know you all know the history of my blown up SF848 and then my SFS, and THEN the 2 wrecks I had on the SFS, and all through that time, you guys have been there to fix whatever problems I've had and keep me riding!! I'm not sure that I would have stayed with Ducati had it NOT been for your service and dedication to making the bikes run their best. I thought of that a lot this weekend as I reached the 6 year mark on this motorcycle and 20000 plus miles, and its still going strong!! And I know when its time for the next inspection, BMS will keep it running. I'm in a great position to have you guys in the area, I love my Streetfighter, and they don't make them anymore, so in my case, I'm stuck trying to make this bike run as long as possible and without BMS, I don't think I'd be able to do it. So thanks again for all the great service and expertise! Keep up the excellent work!

I just got back to Evergreen after a great ride.  Your service, quality of work, people and all of it are off the charts awesome!  Clem and Joel were great and the bike is better than it has ever been.  Losing that weight and gaining HP and Torque had an absolutely unbelievable impact.  I have always liked the bike but after a few spa days at BMS, it is the best it has ever been and far superior to what I bought new in 2010.  Tires felt awesome and the electronic cruise is liberating.

Just wanted to thank you again for the great experience with my streetfighter 848! Although it is early March and the snow has been falling, I did manage to get out and take the bike out for a few minutes and experience it!

I stopped off at the shop just to take a look one day, and was blown away by the place. Everything was neat, clean and organized. You could eat off the floor. The Brian's were great, and stopped working just to show me around, before I even asked about doing any business. I brought my 1198 in a week later to have her 600 mile service. Surrounded by Desmo's, Uber expensive kit bikes, R bikes and the such, I felt like somewhat of a small fish, customer wise. It didn't matter. Those guys (And Gal!) made me feel just as importiant as anyone else.

Just wanted to extend a sincere and warmhearted thank you to the entire crew at Boulder Motor Sports for the stellar 6000 mile service performed on my 06 749S. It’s rare in this day and age for ANY business to devote the time, attention to detail and exceptional customer service that I experienced at your shop over the past weekend. To say I’m impressed would be a huge understatement. They were more than patient with me and all my questions regarding my particular bike and all quirky things Ducati in the two days I spent hanging out at your shop.

At 4:00 p.m. on Saturday after some extensive troubleshooting they discovered a ground short in my ECU. After discussing all available options I elected to go with the Nemesis ECU that you had in stock. Within 30 minutes on the dyno, Brian had my little 749S putting out 107.2 HP on canned maps! They stayed 4 hours past quitting time to ensure I was 100% satisfied with how the bike was running before I made the 450 mile drive back home to Wyoming. That’s really going the distance in taking care of the customer! I was pretty sure I had purchased a good used bike but after the service I have no doubts whatsoever. I’m confident in knowing that my bike is bulletproof and performing at 100% of its true potential.

I’ll schedule another trip back down before winter to get the maps tweaked on the dyno, have a new set of tires mounted and get a few pieces of bling. I always dread taking my vehicles in for service due to some bad experiences in the past, but you both have changed my outlook on letting someone else work on my toys.
