The throttle bodies were fitted to the intake manifolds with new high flow injectors and a fuel pressure sensor as part of our electronic data logging system.

Next up was to ensure that our nicely fitted Brembo mono-block calipers were connected with brake lines and master cylinders. We choose light weight black lines with aluminum fittings and of course titanium banjo bolts.

The chain and sprockets were carefully selected and installed, paying close attention to overall chain alignment in order to get all the power to the ground with the least amount of resistance. Check out the Nemesis N-8050 reverse quick shifter. This handy device will allow our pilot to make seamless upshifts without rolling off the throttle and pulling in the clutch.

Once all the bespoke electronics, the superbike engine and the auxiliary components had been outfitted to the chassis it was then time to begin installing the hand crafted aluminum fuel tank and carbon fiber bodywork.
